Person-first medical transportation — Digna

People and Families

The person comes first.

Every Digna journey is prepared around the person making it — their preferences, their needs, and the people who care about them.

How Do You Travel

Ambulatory transportation, built around the person.

Ambulatory

For people who can walk with or without assistance. Digna's initial launch focus.

WheelchairPlanned Capability

Wheelchair transportation is a planned capability, not currently available.

Journey Types

The journeys that matter most.

—
Dialysis and Recurring Care — Recurring journeys require consistency. Digna is designed to learn what each person needs over time.
—
Oncology Treatment Days — Treatment days are long and demanding. Digna prepares for what the person will need — before, during, and after.
—
Hospital Discharge — Discharge is a transition moment. Digna coordinates with the care team to make the handoff clear.
—
Medical Appointments — Routine appointments still require preparation. Digna confirms details before the day arrives.
—
Pediatric and Family-Sensitive — Some journeys involve children or passengers who benefit from predictability and calm. Digna prepares for that.
—
Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation — Recovery journeys have their own rhythm. Digna coordinates around the person's rehabilitation schedule.

What Will I Know

Clarity before, during, and after.

Confirmation before the day arrives.
Meaningful changes communicated in advance.
Verified handoff when you arrive.

Manny

A familiar face for the journey.

Manny the Manatee exists to help children and passengers who benefit from predictability on care-related journeys. Four moments: Prepare (confirm what to expect), Confirm (verify details before travel), Stay Connected (visibility while en route), Handoff (someone is waiting).

Manny was inspired by the Florida manatee — a gentle, unhurried presence. The name came from the founder's family.

Caregivers

What you know helps us prepare.

Caregivers and family can share what they know. Digna is designing its information flow so the right people know what is happening — before departure, while en route, and at arrival.
