Digna Medical Logistics LLC

Healthcare movement should not create another blind spot.

Healthcare Organizations

Digna helps healthcare organizations coordinate two kinds of movement around care — people to care, and healthcare materials to where care needs them.

Digna is preparing for service launch and welcomes conversations with organizations about coordination needs.

Two Kinds of Movement

People to care. Healthcare materials to where care needs them.

Healthcare organizations coordinate two distinct movement problems. Digna is being built to address both.

People → Care

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

Getting people to care — reliably.

Missed appointments, delayed discharges and coordination failures often trace back to transportation. Digna is building a person-first NEMT service with structured accountability at every stage.

  • Ambulatory transport
  • Wheelchair-accessible transport
  • Hospital discharge coordination
  • Recurring care (dialysis, oncology, therapy)

Healthcare Materials → Where Care Needs Them

Medical Courier & Critical Logistics

Moving what care depends on.

Specimens, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and critical supplies require chain-of-custody documentation, temperature awareness and time-sensitive handling. Digna's medical courier capability is being built to those standards.

  • Specimen and laboratory transport
  • Pharmaceutical and supply delivery
  • Medical equipment logistics
  • Critical and time-sensitive materials

Both movements. One accountability standard.

Visibility · Accountability · Verified Handoff

Accountability is not a feature. It is the operating model.

Healthcare organizations need more than a vehicle that shows up. They need structured visibility into what happened, when it happened, and whether the standard was met.

Digna is being built around four operating commitments that translate accountability from a promise into a documented record.

01

Preparation before the journey

Driver readiness, vehicle readiness and trip-specific requirements confirmed before departure — not assumed.

02

Visibility during the journey

Structured status updates and timestamps so the right people know what is happening without making a phone call to find out.

03

Documentation at handoff

Handoff records for applicable trips — so the receiving facility has confirmation of arrival and condition at the point of care.

04

Exception accountability

When something changes — a delay, a deviation, a missed pickup — the exception is documented and visible, not buried.

“The standard you contracted for should be the standard that shows up.”

Technology & Accountability

Visibility without the phone tag.

Digna's technology platform is designed to give healthcare organizations structured visibility into transportation activity — reducing the need for manual follow-up and improving the quality of information available at the point of care.

Technology capabilities are being implemented and verified. Specific features depend on trip type and contract scope.

Readiness

Built to a standard before the first trip.

The Digna Standard defines what preparation, communication and accountability look like in practice — before a contract is signed and before a trip is dispatched.

  • Preparation — Driver and vehicle readiness confirmed before departure — not assumed.
  • Communication — Structured updates so the right people know what is happening without a phone call.
  • Documentation — Trip records that capture preparation, execution and exceptions — available for review.
  • Accountability — When something changes, it is documented and visible — not buried.

Contract Readiness

Ready for the requirements that matter.

Digna is being built to meet the documentation, insurance, credentialing and compliance requirements that healthcare organizations and brokers require of transportation providers.

No claim is made that any specific policy is currently in force. Requirements vary by contract and jurisdiction.

Coverage areas being developed:

Commercial general liability

Commercial auto liability

Workers' compensation

Professional liability (where applicable)

Umbrella / excess liability

Research & Network Intelligence

Research before assumptions.

Before asking to become part of a healthcare transportation network, Digna studied how those networks may actually behave. Our Florida analysis examined 67 counties and 83 analytical corridors as an analytical universe — not service coverage, broker demand, or provider availability. The central question: which capacity is actually usable when a trip must be served?

Public and structural evidence can frame where a question may deserve testing. It cannot establish broker demand, decision-time provider availability, assignment performance, or operating truth. Contracted capacity is not the same as decision-time usable capacity. Those conclusions require broker evidence.

  • Structure before conclusions.
  • Usable capacity, not nominal capacity.
  • Evidence before recommendations.

Open to Verification

If we make a claim, we should be able to show where it came from.

Material research claims are traceable to source and evidence state. Favorable, adverse, and unresolved results remain governed by evidence — not rewritten to improve the story. Digna separates published evidence, supporting context, and reserve material.

If we cannot show the evidence, the claim does not stand.

Two Ways to Work with Digna

Explore a network question

Start with one bounded operating question. Agree evidence and measures first, using minimum necessary data. Run a bounded test. The result decides whether to continue, modify, or stop. Research findings do not create provider entitlement. No current broker agreement, pilot commitment, rates, or guaranteed benefit is implied.

Evaluate Digna as a provider

Start with a transportation need. Digna enters normal qualification, credentialing, and contracting. Operating expectations are agreed before performance is measured. No savings, KPI improvement, or performance outcome is implied in advance.

A provider should bring more than a vehicle. It should bring preparation, visibility, accountability and a willingness to be measured.

Bring one operating question. We will start by defining what evidence would be needed to answer it.

Ready to talk about movement across your care network?

Digna is designed to support healthcare organizations that take transportation and logistics seriously. If you coordinate journeys, manage transitions or oversee movement of people or materials across your care network, we would like to understand your situation.
